Mid-West Spring Technical Meeting 2007 Program, Tabloid and Web Advertising Rates and
Mechanical Requirements
The Official Conference Program is a guide and reference for
all attendees and non-attendees. The Program will be mailed in
January 2008 to more than 3,700 potential attendees. These
recipients include lab owners, managers, technicians, dentists
and staff in the nine-state area surrounding Indianapolis. The
Program is also distributed on-site to registrants. Attendance at
the 2008 event is expected to exceed 1,000, most of whom are
owners or managers of dental laboratories - decision makers,
and purchasers of your products and services.

Ad Copy and Artwork
Acceptable formats for submission of advertisements
are as follows:
- Electronic ads are accepted in tiff or
press-ready pdf formats ONLY.
- Color ads MUST be accompanied by a color match
proof.
- Please allow 1/4 inch bleed in addition to stated ad specifications
for Program ads only. Bleed ads are not available in the
Spring Tabloid.
- Ads created for advertisers will be billed at the rate of $50 per
hour.
Please note: All payments MUST be received by the closing
date unless other arrangements are made in advance.
