How to Donate a Prize
The Mid-West Spring Technical Meeting encourages each exhibitor to donate Grand Prizes and/or Door Prizes. Winners will be randomly
selected from raffle tickets tumbler in the Association Booth. This selection method guarantees that all winners are registered
attendees and qualified buyers of exhibited goods and services. Prizes valued over $400 will be considered a Grand Prize and will
be drawn at designated Grand Prize drawings only. Types of prizes will be at the discretion of the donor.
The Mid-West Spring Technical Meeting Committee will accept the prizes by mail in advance of the meeting or at the meeting
registration desk. If your representative cannot bring the prize to the meeting, please call the MWSTM office for instructions.
