Robert R. Cowie, DDS, is a 1976 graduate of Northwestern
University Dental School and practices in Jacksonville,
Florida. He holds membership in the ADA, as
well as in numerous professional organizations including
the AGD, the American Equilibration Society, the
American and Florida Academies of Dental Practice
Administration, the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American
College of Dentists and Toastmaster's International.
He has served organized dentistry at the state and local levels, and is a past
president of the Jacksonville Dental Society. He has completed continuing
education, at the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies, the Society of
Occlusal Studies, and the L D Pankey Institute. (S-7, S-21)

Michael A. DiPaulo, CDT, is a graduate of Mastbaum
Technical Institute in Philadelphia, PA. His 31 years of
experience include a tour in the US Navy as a general and
laboratory technician in Washington, D.C. He managed
the ceramic department of a large commercial laboratory
for ten years and owned his own high-end esthetic
ceramic studio for over 15 years. He has also worked
with a Swiss implant manufacturer and has extensive
experience in implant restorations. (F-32)

Scott A. Drooger, DDS, is a member of numerous
dental organizations, including the ADA, AAOMS and the
American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He
received his dental degree from the University of Michigan
and his Certificate in oral & maxillofacial surgery
from St. Francis Medical Center in Pennsylvania. He currently
is in private practice in Michigan. (F-35)

Ed Flocken, BA, CDT, received his bachelor's degree
from the University of California,
Northridge, and completed
post-graduate studies
in dental science at the International
Dental Academy,
Tokyo, Japan. He began his
dental career in Beverly Hills, CA as a private practice
technician and worked directly with such notables
as Dr. Henry Tanner (USC and late, Pankey-
Mann Institute), Dr. Charles Pincus (innovator of
the famous "Hollywood facings"), and his father,
Dr. John E. Flocken, Professor Emeritus, UCLA
School of Dentistry. Ed has over thirty years of
practical dental experience in all phases of dental
technology and oral rehabilitation. He has been a
CDT for over 25 years and is certified in several
areas of expertise. Ed has lectured extensively to
universities, institutions, study groups, and laboratories
nationally and internationally. (F-33)

John C. Gilliland, II, attorney/partner at Gilliland
Markette & Milligan, has practiced labor and employment
law for over 30 years. (F-18)

Kenneth Guthrie, CDT, graduated from the US Air
Force Dental Laboratory Technology School. He also is
a graduate from the Atlanta Craniomandibular Society's
TMJ Framework, as well as the Las Vegas Institute for
Advance Dental Studies in Practical Occlusion. His work
has been featured in LMT and various other publications.
The Crowning Achievement Award was given to him in
recognition for outstanding contribution to Florida's
Laboratory Industry in 1998. In addition, Mr. Guthrie was awarded the Harry
C. Hagman, CDT Inventors' Award for the Shade-Connection by NADL. Mr.
Guthrie holds patents on several products. (F-9)

James Hannoosh, PhD, earned his degree in
mechanical engineering from MIT. He was the first CEO
of Atlantis Components and later became the Chief Technology
Officer of the corporation. (F-17, F-36)

Edward J. Harms, BS, CDT, is a graduate of Southern
Illinois University with a bachelor's of science degree
in dental technology with advanced studies in physics
and metallurgy. In the late 1970s, Mr. Harms assembled
a group of investors and aerospace engineers to form
Talladium, a leading developer of innovative products for
dental laboratories. (S-8)

Greg Harris is president and founder of the Harris
Group. He is a much sought after lecturer and business
consultant. His expertise is in sales and marketing.

Dennis E. Hensley, PhD, is the author of 50 books on
such topics as motivation, public relations, time management,
financial investing and professional communications.
He is a professor of English at Taylor University
Fort Wayne and has been a guest professor at more than
60 global colleges, including Oxford University. His
clients include many Fortune 500 companies. (F-11)
