Mark Hester, BS, received his bachelor's of science
degree from Southern Illinois University. He is President
of Hi-Tec Dental Products, a dental gypsum manufacturing
company specializing in precision die materials. He
has an extensive background in the formulation and
manufacturing of dental gypsum materials. (F-33)

|
Les Hochhauser, MS, is an industrial chemist with
more than 25 years experience in the dental field. He is
currently the Director of Product Development for American
Dental Supply, Inc. He has created and developed
manufacturing specifications for more than 150 dental
products for the company and is currently responsible
for its Safety and Health Compliance Program. (F-3)

|
William F. Hohlt, DDS, is currently appointed fulltime
professor with tenure at Indiana University School
of Dentistry, Indianapolis, Indiana. He is director of predoctoral
orthodontics and holds a full-time appointment
on the graduate faculty. He is recognized as an authority
on absolute orthodontic anchorage utilizing implants,
William F. Hohlt onplants mini-screws or TADs. (F-23)

Billy Hollier, CDT, has over 12 years of experience in
a dental laboratory. He joined Dentsply in 1986 and during
the years, covered various regions of the United
States in both sales and technical positions. Billy is currently
the Regional Technical Consultant for the Southwest
Region of the Prosthetics Division of Dentsply
International and resides in Houston, Texas. (F-20)

Kris Kersten, BA, CDT, is past Chairman (North
America Chapter) of the International Society for Dental
Ceramics. He holds degrees in biology and chemistry
and owns a small custom laboratory in Solvang, CA,
specializing in anterior esthetic restorations. He wrote a
trouble-shooting column in LMT entitled "Ask Kris" and
is a contributing author of Perspectives in Dental Ceramics.
Kris is in constant demand for his lectures, seminars
and confidential in-lab consulting. (T-2, F-5)

Robert Keyser, CDT, is the owner/operator of Bite
Rite Dental Laboratory, Inc. in Huntington, West Virginia.
With over 27 years of technical and clinical experience in
dental technology, Rob has a broad range of knowledge
in orthodontics, complete dentures, partial dentures and
implant retained dentures. (F-24)

Mooki Kim, CDT, is the owner of Smile by Design
Dental Lab in King City, Oregon. He has served as a premarket
evaluator for several dental manufacturing companies.

Kenneth E. Knapp, PhD, is president and CEO of
Nano-Write Corporation, which he founded in 2002. He
has over 15 year's experience as a senior process engineer.

Kent Kohli, AS, CDT is a graduate of Weber State University and Archibald
Associates' fixed prosthetic program at CRA (Clinical Research Associates) in Utah. He has worked in
various clinical capacities, both as a chairside assistant and as an in-house ceramist/technician.
Prior to joining Zahn Dental as Director of Education, Kent was a Noritake Instructor and Director
of Education for Darby Dental Lab Supply. He has authored numerous technical articles and has been
published in various clinical & technical journals. (S-27)

Robert E. Kreyer, Jr., CDT, owns and operates
Kreyer Dental Prosthetics in Larkspur, California, and
lectures nationally. He is also a member of numerous

Robert E. Long is the Eastern Regional Sales Manager
for the Whip Mix Corporation. He has worked closely
with the founders of the Lean Institute to develop the use
of Lean Principles to provide common sense, low-cost
improvements for adding value and elimination of waste
