The following presenters were current as of the date this material was prepared for publication.


Chris Lowthorp, CDT, brings more than 30 years of knowledge and experience to his lectures. He began as a private technician, founded a 10-man dental lab specializing in ceramics and crown & bridge, and then established an esthetic lab of his own. He currently serves as Educational Director for Precious Chemicals - Captek Division. (F-4)
Robert W. Markette, Jr., attorney/partner at Gilliand Markette & Milligan, has over 8 years of experience. (F-37)
Tom Mays, BSC, CDT, has more than 35 years experience in the dental laboratory field. He is President of Denture Seminars, USA and has served as guest faculty for the departments of prosthodontics for more than 15 schools of dentistry. (S-4)
Steven McGowan, CDT, owns a small laboratory in Seattle, Washington. He has over 25 years of experience in all phases of ceramics & crown and bridge. He is an editorial team member for the Esthetic Dentistry Research group that edits REALITY, and is on the advisory board for the Canadian Journal of Dental Technology as well as Dental Dialogue. Terry H. McQuiston, CDT, is the owner of Alternatives (Dental Lab), Alpharetta, Georgia. (S-2)
Jennifer S. Milligan, attorney/partner, Gilliland Markette & Milligan, has over 6 years of experience. (F-21)
Gary D. Morgan, CDT, was certified in 1991. He has aided laboratories and dental practices in establishing and continuing implementation of infection control and safety programs and is currently a Senior Consultant for Safelink. (S-26)
Mike Morrow, BS, received his bachelor's of science degree in therapeutic recreations. He is an independent consultant with 18 years of experience in facilitating a variety of groups using management and team-building activities as a tool. His programs are designed to help individuals improve leadership, communication and decision-making skills to create a positive working environment. (S-18)
William R. Mrazek, BS, CDT, is the owner of Mrazek Prosthodontics, a small high-end laboratory in Naperville, Illinois. He holds a bachelor's of science degree in biology from the University of Illinois, and associate's of science degree in dental technology, and has 30 years of experience in the dental technology profession. Bill is a regular contributor to LMT and Compendium magazines, and is on the editorial boards of PPAD and Collaborative Techniques. He is also an alumnus of the Pankey Institute. (F-1, S-9)
Mark T. Murphy, DDS, a 1981 graduate of University of Detroit Dental School, has a private general dentistry practice in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He is currently Director of Professional Relations for The Pankey Institute. (F-30, S-10)
