Approximately 80 golfers participate
in this fun-filled day of golf, contests,
prizes, food, and networking with
colleagues each year. Sponsors will be
recognized at the event as well as in all
MWSTM promotional materials and on

The 2008 MWSTM will kick off with a
special motivational Keynote Speaker on
Friday morning. This is a new feature at
the show and a great opportunity to gain
added exposure at the meeting. The
address will be open to all registrants.
Sponsor will be recognized with signage
at the event and acknowledgement in
the speaker introduction, in all MWSTM
promotional materials and on www.
mwstm.com.

The MWSTM Welcome Party is a
chance for all registrants to network in a
relaxed, social atmosphere. As a sponsor,
you will be entitled to supply small favors
to all party guests, pending approval of
the MWSTM Planning Committee, and
can distribute other promotional materials,
such as brochures or other
giveaways. Sponsor will be recognized
with signage at the event, in all MWSTM
promotional materials and on www.
mwstm.com.
MWSTM offers the opportunity for
exhibitors to sponsor speakers to present
various topics and to discuss specific
products of that exhibitor.
It is the policy of the MWSTM that the
sponsoring exhibitor is responsible for
all expenses for this speaker, including
travel, lodging and any and all speaking
fees and related honorariums.
Exhibiting companies will be solicited
for prizes to be awarded throughout the
meeting (see Prize Donation Form).
Exhibitors will distribute MWSTM raffle
tickets to attendees when purchases are
made. Tickets will be drawn periodically
in the hall throughout the exhibit
hours. Prizes valued over $400 will be
considered a Grand Prize and will be
drawn at designated Grand Prize drawings
only. Attendees must be present to
win.
